This walking tour explores mid-century Modernist structures on Harvard's architecturally diverse campus, centered around the legacy and influence of Walter Gropius - founder of the legendary Bauhaus school in Germany and dean of Harvard's Graduate School of Design. The tour includes buildings by influential architects including Le Corbusier, Sert, Yamasaki, The Architect's Collaborative (TAC), and Gropius himself.

A companion to the Modern Architecture Walking Tour of Harvard, this tour similarly explores Modernist architecture as well as a remarkable collection of public art at MIT. Centering around the teachings and influence of Walter Gropius during his time at Harvard's Graduate School of Design, the tour includes buildings by architects such as Frank Gehry, Eero Saarinen, and I.M. Pei.
